I am a F2p player and I recently pulled out Apothecary. Now, I need a good turn meter manipulator for my future dungeon teams. Diabolist can increase the turn meter of allies and decrease the turn meter of enemies but it is in a 6 turn cool down.

Apothecary can only increase the turn meter of allies but it is in a 3 turn cool down. Besides, Apothecary is a good healer and also good for fire knight. So, I don't know what to do. Can someone suggest me?
