Do you have more legendaries hidden? 

At first glance the main thing I notice is your blessings are not good choices, mostly.

Rotos should have something like Ward/perhaps a damage blessing

Lys shouldn't have Crackling Roots as she's not a damage dealer

Adelyn (probably your best champ for Sand Devil) should have Brimstone

Neither Brogni or Ronda should have Life Harvest. 

You could potentially do a two man team with Aniri/Ninja (I assume you have him) but gearing might be an issue judging by your Rotos (which I would not have empowered unless you have a full faction guardians, and he needs to be crit capped at the very least)

Aniri + Ninja sounds like the way to go, yeah. That works all the way up to 25.

Boozer did a great vid about setting up a Godseeker+dps duo team that can also bring chickens.

He gives several different options for the dps. It works on auto for stages 19-25, and it works for lower stages if you manual

Kram and Moored are both right, you can get all the way to 25 with Godseeker and solid DPS. The setup is pretty simple. Godseeker needs a lot of HP/DEF and a specific speed range, too much or too little throws off the sequence. Mine is 209 but I know the requirement is a bit less. The DPS also needs a specific minimum amount of speed.

The concept is pretty simple: Sand Devil does his AOE that kills everyone. Godseeker self-revives and then A3 revives the DPS, which resets all their cooldowns. Then Godseeker and the DPS needs to survive till the next AOE and as long as Godseeker's passive has reset, the process repeats.

Also its a really good setup for Sand Devil Turn Attack events. Plus you can bring 3 Food champs to level along the way, just make sure you position your DPS correctly in the lineup so Godseeker always revives them
