Yeah I'm a bit concerned, we've got 2 people in the clan who aren't very active yet put defense in the Stronghold.
Also, it seems a bit unfair that its Currency per Member instead of Total Currency for the start. Clans with 25 people are gonna have less Orbs and Florins to use, as well as fewer scrolls for attacking. That definitely needs to change. It should be a flat amount, divided among current members

I believe that is WAI, the clans of a few people and 12 alts are going to dissipate or just not be able to participate
I think incentivizing a full clan makes sense
Yeah I had to drop the Req Player Power as a last ditch effort to fill the last 2 spots in my clan
A lot of smaller clans are looking to "merge" from what I'm seeing. A good opportunity for solo clans to drop dead weight and cherry pick possibly.
Another positive is seige may prevent some of the clan hopping being used to circumvent clash matchup process. Just a thought, not sure how prevalent it is. But we had a clan go 30 to 1 on our opponent list once.
I wonder if, given the problems in both cvc and hydra with clans juggling members to manipulate the matchmaking process, the devs gave any thought whatsoever to preventing that with seige
and the answer is most definitely "no"
I think they fixed cvc to be based on the sum of the members, maybe a mod can confirm
