Vogoth is the way to go...his passive heals from taking damage and his aoe provoke... Would run him with Drexthar or Visix. Use Scyl as well to control the waves too

If you manage to pull a Bellower (rare void) he's very good in a stun set for wave cc

The real answer to your question is - you don't need a good provoke. Not right now at least. You want to focus on the other forms of CC. Stun is the best, followed by freeze. Provoke is good, but there's a good chance your provoker is just going to die.
