Is there any change that we not the whales get a shot at getting ramantu and remove the tag arena from the missions. I'm struggling in silver 2 for months now and I don't see myself going higher then that anytime soon
Doubt they'll even change the missions. However we do keep providing feedback players want expanded tiers.

If the bazaar would stay unlocked once you've reached gold, instead of requiring you to currently be in gold to access the sacred shard and lego book, I think a lot of people would drop down and open up new slots for players trying to get there for the first time

Probably some. Most people tend to stay higher for easy CvC points I think, but definitely some would drop.
What i've been *trying* (with mixed success to keep on schedule) is to get into gold 1 during pr cvcs, buy the shard and book, get cvc points, then drop back to silver for the next 3 weeks
