Why is Yumeko able to reste herself?
most champs will say this abilty does not work on this champ and if there is multi then only can be used
Did the developers intend for Yumeko to reset herself?
If not why is not fixed?

that would be an easy coding fix, its lke the developers dont think about things because this should never have been happening
Are you suggesting that a team with two Yumeko would be able to reduce each other's A3 cooldowns? Because I'd expect that they cannot, similar to how having two Kymar's on the same team will not allow you to just infinitely chain the cooldown resets.

that is one of the exploits in hydra x2 yumeko with tundra
Yes, this has been mentioned as feedback before (in fact many times)
She is working as intended and exists in her own space with regards to reset champs - though it should be reflected in her kit writeup that she can reset herself (which has also been mentioned, before.)

As the OP states, Yumeko can reset another Yumeko, which is what makes her completely broken in Hydra. The Developers should have fixed her as soon as it was discovered. Instead, they took the short term profit mindset, did a 10X boost on her and sold shards all weekend....calling her "working as intended".
