Just pulled my ancients for gnut, got 2 legos and had to stop to make space for champs and saw that my progressive chance event had reset and said I have pulled no legos! https://vshare.onl/

in my game, I dont see the progressive chance for the moment. So i cant choose any featured champions.
but I ser the that it is 2x chance on ancient.
It was x15 and 2x and after few minutes just disappeared.
Now its just x2.
I almost clicked summon. Not good plarium, not good.
Cmon how is it possible... x2 chance was activated with 30 minutes delay, progressive chance is still innactive, what a shame...
How long does it take you guys to get this crap fixed on a big summon day like this. Seriously...
Devs are aware of the problem and working on a fix. I'd file a support ticket to account for any shards you've pulled just to have a record of it.
