I want to get to Gold 4 but I'm stuck between Gold 1 and 2 with my current team:
Sun, Rathalos, Deacon, and Apothecary.
I was wanting an all legendary team (unless of course there are better options from different champs).
What team setup would help me get there?

easy answer, is put a single common champ in defense and sit at bottom of bronze1 doing 20 fights aday against other solo defenses collecting tokens till ur account develops, thats what i did anyway way back when
