The numbers are in the help info. As for worthwhile or not, unsure - I'm not bc I spent my resources on the fragments. 

you'll need about 95k points to get padraig. your mystery, ancient, and void shards add up to a little over 87k altogether (although i would not recommend using your mystery shards here, they're devalued significantly) so you'd need to use a few sacred or primal shards or soulstones to make up the difference.

padraig himself seems like a solid champion. i'm short on ally attack champions so that alone was enough for me to go for him, but restoring destroyed hp is a pretty useful ability as well. 

the points values for shards can be found in the path of the clover tab ingame, but i'll give again here: 3 points per mystery shard, 300 ancient, 750 void, 1800 primal, 4500 sacred. soulstones are 100, 1500, and 7500 respectively.

Once again they hide the info in plain sight.  lol   

I will have my cat start crunching the numbers for me.  She is better at math and luckier with RNG.  

assessment: great hydra champ, similarities to Nekmo. a lot to love about this guy and if I had the resources I'd be nabbing him.

He would be a fair bit better for Hydra if his Aura applied there as well.

wears provoke/cursed, has dec and inc speed. just a straight up beast, though Padraig is great

Just to hijack this - my Hard team is Razel/Duchess/Kantra/Uugo/Rathalos/Artak. Usually around 100-150M on auto. Think the new Angry would do a better job than Kantra? On the plus side, the provoke is "almost" guaranteed at 2-turns (80% w/mastery), and the Reflect Damage buff probably adds some extra damage over Kantra's ~zero? And also avoids those annoying situations where Decay pops up after Kantra's used her A2, and so I don't get any provoke. On the minus side, I'm more susceptible to Torment.

Greens are worthless in this, much better to use in summon rush or chase. I used all sacreds.

Used a mix of shards, and also a mic of soul pulls, even recycled some souls like a 6-star mythical i'll never have. No legos from shards, but... 5-star Shamy, yay... and this below, all this to get both Paddy and his soul.

I think this is the real win though LOL This build is not optimal, I obviously had no idea he was gonna become the god of my account: I did go kinda broke in terms of shards and souls. Totally worth it.

I didn't mean better than Nekmo, just better than he is currently.  His Speed Aura applies only to Dungeons.  He would be a lot better for Hydra if his Speed Aura applied there as well.     

I pulled enough to get all of the Festival Titan Points.  However, I am not really sure if/when/where I would use Padraig, so I am having a hard time committing the resources for another 83k points to get one XP Barrel, one lego book and another lego I may never build.  

IMO, that is garbage rewards for needing to pull the equivalent of 18.5 more Sacred Shards.

To those who have already decided to go for him, where do you plan to use him?

He would be awesome in Hard FK, but I already have a team for FK Hard 10.  

I need to figure out an Auto Team for Shogun 25, but Padraig wouldn't help there.

He certainly has some good usability for Hydra, but I wouldn't be able to use him without totally rethinking one of my teams.  

I spent my resources on him.  Unique champs that are guranteed are fairly uncommon still so I figured he'd be good to grab.

fk hard, sintranos, and possibly hydra (though like you i'm not sure where exactly he'll fit into my teams), but i'm most looking forward to using him in tag. i've been looking for a decent champ to fill my 12th slot for ages and i think he more than checks off all the boxes needed for that.

course, if i'm using him in arena then that means i'll need a soul for him and so, long story short, i don't have a shard reserve anymore. so it goes.

It takes SO MUCH to get into a team these days.

Probably will test him in one of my Hydra Teams, also obligatory "He'll be useful in Sintranos".

Not sure about this specific team comp, but the soul is *super* important for mine, since at 6-star it's two procs of phantom touch, which goes a long way towards guaranteeing no losses on auto
