Just curious if anyone else is having trouble loading.
I redownload the game to try and fix it and it seems palarium log in is down. Every other link to social media or support works, just not the one to log in with palarium ID.
Furthermore loading a new game shows the same issues and sends you back to the Log in screen.
I was looking on the website to see if it was due to an update of some sort but have found no information. If anyone has any that would be enlightening
So I've learned I can log in on WiFi but not with cellular service...
I'm having the same issue! I Uninstalled and reinstalled on phone and now I can't log in with plarium ID. I also tried on my tablet as well to make sure it wasn't on my end. Same issue.
From what I can gather there seems to be an issue for a lot of Verizon users. The usual suggestion in these instances would be to try out a VPN and see if that works.
After today's update I have a red dot on my avatar to sync my account. Doesn't matter what I do it just keeps reappearing.
Game dead for me also. I've tried wifi, restart phone, clear cache, etc.
