I recommend getting more points.  You have 12 hours, if you lose to 1 person your team obviously isn't doing so hot. You have 0 spider points, maybe you should run some spider as well 😀

That's not even close to a helpful answer. It's right up there with 'git gud' trolls.

It's a new player clan with a handful of people. As in Hard CB, as in lower tier champions and not a lot of rank 60s and the inability to run spider to any effective level. If we can be beat by 1 player in such a way then it's garbage matchmaking not placing us against another new player clan. 

Losing in an even fight would have been fine. But this just makes us not want to play at all when what we are facing isn't even remotely close.

FYI, we are winning it, already as our players are active, I'm just disgusted by the fact that either the matchmaking is this bad or the player is cheating. 

The player is not cheating.  They probably aren't even trying to win. My trolling is because you are complaining that the matchmaking isn't fair yet it's a close battle... and you know say you are winning. You get matched based on points, as you do better each cvc u will continue to face more difficult opponents.  Some clans have high variance in performance (intentionally) to try and game the system a bit.  This being non PR, it is more likely the opponents would be trying to depress their scores.

Troll that you are you at least confirmed that CvC has poor matchmaking. 

Matchmaking should be generally even. Not a handful of newer players vs 1 active end game player that can very literally box us from any rewards at all for no other reason than they feel like doing so. That's not a great way to encourage new players in any sense. Even a troll should be able to understand that frustration on new players.

For context as new players, this CvC is big for us, a lot of our players are just starting Doom Tower and Scarab is one of the biggest problems already and we know it. We've all been chatting and excited to get rings that are very good for progress. Those bloodshield rings are a lifeline that might actually give us options to progress. No tower porgress with a month long cycle means far less rewards beyond just this CvC. Losing out on them for no other reason than 1 end game player can box us out just because of a bad matchup is frustrating. Just an example.

We all face the same matchmaking.  It is part of this game that we all deal with.

your claim that the matchmaking is bad is somewhat undercut by the fact that you're currently winning, but let's overlook that for the moment. what alternative system of matchmaking would you propose to alleviate the problems that you see?
