Sure, though most of us were hoping at very least for some more of those catchup events for the champs we have 95/100 for :/

I do agree but a random feast or xp barrel is nice as well

Not many, to be clear. Kreela 95, Bergoth 90, Yoshi 80, and Elegaius 75. And Kreela I think was at like 80, and got bumped to 95 from the first catchup event.

Depends on the odds of each drop

The cynical part of me expects rare books and brews to have a much higher drop rate than the useful stuff making the feature useless

But i could be wrong.

I would have prefered some kind of general fragments.

Turn 5 fragments of a kind to 1 general fragment of the same kind.

Turn those fragments into missing fragments for champions.

This...well...as said above...I expect a lot of trash rewards (like brews, potions, rare tomes and lvl 3 chicken) Even with  260 legendary fragments = 55 fragments chests, I expect not to be able to get more than 20% of this new fragment champion).

So basically...it is way less than possible and just another failure in a long list of missed opportunities to actually benefit the long time players

Just as an addition...if this is planned to get people be more engaged in fragment fusions..

I think about it as follows...

So I do the fragment fusion initially to get the champion. Why should I do more than that.

Looking at the probabilities, I need to do like 2000 energy to get another 5 fragments from a tournament or event. for this 2000 energy I most likely get some brews or potions or lvl 3 chicken.

So this is a very bad exchange for me...especially since I can get like 140 Superior potions plus possibly 500 Greater potions  or 150 lvl 3 chicken by using this energy in other places...

The idea alone to get brews or greater (not even superior ) potions for legendary fragments...abhorent.

On the flip side though it's at least something for the 30 - 50 fragments I got just by doing my daily activities when I wasn't going for a fusion.

It really does depend on the drop rate of each item

If 90% of drops turn out to be a rare book or brew, then the community will consider it a pointless update. If the drops are more equal and people can realistically get the lego within a reasonable time frame then it will be considered a decent addition

Really we can only wait and see how it looks when the 8.2 update comes out.

I agree that we can only wait and see...unfortunately, in most cases of wait and see it ended with frustration and disappointment.

Bunch of whiners... 100% serious, no sarcasm.  The rng will certainly favor lower rewards as always, it's still something for nothing .  The f2p entitled long term player crying is honestly worse than n00bs complaining about 3v3, live, etc...

I think she's pretty strong myself. Mightactually  get into some teams for me. Ofc she'd be much stronger in some other factions, I think.

Personally, i am witholding judgment. If its possible to get this lego within say- a year of handing in chests then its worth it, if its not possible then its not good content.   Hopefully it wont be like plarium points.

Would it matter ? Not really- the champ will hardly change my account. But those who are cynical have reason to be like that if they have played a long time.

As for pvp, it is what it is- classic is easy until you get to plat then its a kraken fest, tag isnt too hard but is full of teams designed to bore you to death and live?...whats live?
