Blessing Update & Rebalance Preview
From Plarium:
As we previously hinted on the future Blessings rebalance, with the new patch just around the corner, let's take a look at the upcoming changes and the reasoning behind them.
Polymorph rebalance
PvP meta was tremendously impacted with the release of the Sheep, rendering Debuff Champions like Ramantu less effective and enabling tanky teams on the Arena, which, in turn, significantly increased the average battle time and pushed the players towards "outliving" the opponent. We have been monitoring the Polymorph's performance since its launch in the game, and gradually implemented various small changes, with the end goal of eventually bringing Sheep to the point, where it is still an impactful and competitive Blessing, but at the same time it becomes less frustrating and more predictable. We anticipate that this most recent Polymorph change will shift the PvP meta towards faster and more dynamic battles, and Debuff Champions become more relevant.
Full or partial rework of certain Blessings
In our continuous efforts to balance and improve the gaming experience, we have selected some of the most unpopular and underperforming Blessings and fully or partially reworked its core mechanics. We believe, that in those cases, simply increasing the percentage value either wouldn't cut it or could end up creating a misbalanced Blessing. So we hope that players will give these reworked Blessings a try, and they will positively influence your PvP and PvE experience.
Blessings Stat Bonuses
Previously, each Blessing provided its unique set of bonuses to the Champions stats. And because the bonuses could vary from Blessing to Blessing, this would force a player to make a difficult choice when prioritizing and choosing between Stat Bonuses or value of the Skill itself. With this rebalance, we ultimately decided to change this system and make all Blessings provide the same stat bonuses, thereby increasing the base value of each Blessing regardless of its unique Skill. This should give you more room for experimentation because now you can try out different Blessings without the fear of losing valuable stats on your Champions.
Now every Blessing will grant a bonus to HP, ATK, DEF, DMG, RES, ACC, and SPD, the values remain the same.
You can find all the changes to the Blessings on the images below.
We will continue to monitor player feedback, analyze data, and make adjustments as needed.
