i was doing magic keep today, and had alot of incidents where peydma's skill to steal buffs on the boss failed.
the skill appropriate says attacks 1 enemy. removes all buffs from the target and places them on this champion!
doesnt give a % chance to do it, so it should be 100% and always work!!!!!
Nope, if the opponent, be it a boss or a champion, has enough resist, then it will resist the effect. Same goes with any debuff. Its pretty darn logical.
The chance (%) to do something is an entirely different thing.

She needs about 200 accuracy to do it reliably in a level 15 dungeon. About 250 for level 20 dungeons I would say.
