Ok, let's see:
Tayrel
- Epic
- Base HP: 16.185
- Base DEF: 1.343
- Base SPD: 95
- Requires 12 epic (dark blue) books to max
- 2-hit A1 (ST) with 50% ATK down (40% chance - 50% booked)
- 1-hit A2 (AOE) with 60% DEF down (75% chance - 100% booked) with 4 turn CD
- 1-hit A3 (ST) with 50% TM decrease with chance to stun (if TM reaches 0) for nearly everywhere outside CB with 5 turn CD (4 booked)
- 25% DEF aura everywhere
He can be built relying (pretty much) solely on def% items, he doesn't necessarily need Crit%.
He offers the best versatility for CB due to combining both ATK down & DEF down.
He is the cheapest to max out in regards to his skills.
His aura is great in increasing survivability against CB.
Peydma
- Epic
- Base HP: 17.670
- Base DEF: 1.299
- Base SPD: 101
- Requires 14 epic (dark blue) books to max
- 2-hit A1 (ST) with 50% ATK down on crit (85% chance - 100% booked)
- 1-hit A2 (AOE) with 50% ACC down (35% chance - 50% booked) with 4 turns CD (3 booked)
- 1-hit A3 (ST) stealing all buffs with 5 turn CD (3 booked)
She needs both Def% & Crit% to be effective against CB. She's likely not going to reach the same def level as Tayrel due to substituting some Def% with Crit% in order to reach a similar likelihood of the debuff applying (she needs 59% crit rate for this).
She doesn't offer DEF down, so you need 2 different champions to fill those roles, reducing your options for the remaining CB roster.
She requires 2 more books than Tayrel to max out her skills.
Rhazin Scarhide
- Legendary
- Base HP: 18.330
- Base DEF: 1.310
- Base SPD: 91
- Requires 12 legendary (red) books to max
- 3-hit A1 (ST) with 20% chance to remove a buff (45% booked)
- 1-hit A2 (ST) with 60% DEF down + 25% weaken (75% chance - 100% booked) with 4 turn CD (3 booked)
- 1-hit A3 (AOE) 100% AOE TM decrease with 7 turn CD (6 booked)
- 90 RESIST Aura only for arena
He needs legendary books, which makes him the hardest to max out of the three.
He has a great A1 for CB due to 3 hits.
His A2 is great, especially once maxed, due to the reduced turn count mitigating his rather low base speed - This actually beats Tayrel but keep in mind, he is harder to max out.
