Galkut is an Attack type champ so you must focus to build him with item (gloves, chest with %atk and sub stat pref crit rate, spd and boots with speed).

This champ can be use in Arena, faction wars. There are a lot of other champion wich you can use, but if you don't have nothing else build and upgrade to lv 50 max for the moment.
