With the new faction wars it’s too difficult to keep characters handy for use. 

There are 100 slots, but we need a minimum of 120 to keep JUST the characters in faction wars, let alone the ones for CB or other dungeons. 

And don’t forget the heroes you are levelling for food...

And the vault has no search feature, no cataloguing feature, you can’t see hero names or factions and is generally very clunky to use. 

I waste a lot of time going between the Index, my character inventory and the vault to assemble a team for faction battles. And god forbid I want to test a different team comp for the same faction... what a nightmare
