hey guys ;)

i was wondering how the mastery "Evil Eye" T4 from the Support-tree works on random A1 attacks.

Im wondering if i should use it on my Coldheart/ Apothecary.

Do their A1´s count as a single-Target Skill or as an AoE Skill ? i appears to be neither ;)

So does it decrease turn meter by 5% or 20%, does it change based on the number of enemies they hit ?

I already used the free reset so it would be great if someone could let me know ;)
