Finally cracked it, recent pulls, Warlord. Brogni, Elva, Jagg Bonesaw and Ragash all went into my teams and yesterday I got enough points to stand a few attacks during my night and went up at reset

Big thing I realised was the defence needs to be over a million PP or you're picked off a lot so I really beefed it up

So, phew!!! finally, onwards now :)
