If anyone would be kind enough to suggest who(m) to focus my efforts on here. I just have too many random characters (none of which are all that great I think?) And given the amount of time and resources it takes to upgrade, I'd rather not waste what little I have.

Hard to say my friend. After Faction Wars opened we gonna need a tons of champion.
What is your top priority ? arena ? clan boss ? dungeon ? faction wars ?

Sorry for not being more specific. Clan boss and higher dungeon levels are what I'm after. Faction wars is going be a long process and arena will come along as toons improve. Yes, Eva is my farmer and does a fine job. The only other Legendary is Sethalia and well..she's more or less worthless at doing anything really.
I'll work on Apoth then. RK crits CB for 50-60K but he's very slow. I just wanted to make sure I'm not leaving someone good on the bench collecting dust.
