Prior to the latest release- never had any issues with playing on my phone (Iphone 7). Since the newest release - laggy, crashes 4-5 times a day.
I got random quit more often. In the middle of battle frame rate become drop and very slow then the games close itself. 5-6x times per days.
The dev should change the mechanics for consuming energy and clan boss key. Energy / clan boss key only count down when the battle is finished. If you got crash / freeze / lost connection in the middle of battle the energy / clan boss key will remain same.
I have raised this, after the patch and many times in tickets before it.
Before the latest patch, I would experience 4/5 game crashes a day between my two accounts. Yes I would almost certainly lose a CB Key every day to it, but it was manageable. Just.
Since the latest patch I have seen that number of crashes an hour at times. Yesterday I had three within one hour!Though the CB Key losses (now three a day) are highly frustrating, I am trying to get my Arena team back into Silver 4 from their sudden drop to Bronze 4 two weeks ago. But any Arena crash is an automatic loss and almost guaranteed -11 points for it.
If I wasn't running a Clan, after having experienced a Clan Leader quit the game before, I would probably have stepped away.
