It protects you from debuffs for the first 2 turns. It absolutely does not protect you from damage. You will still get your face melted in Arena if you build the set. I know because of...reasons. And a couple million wasted silver. :-)

I think there are some sets that need to be changed, like immunity or healing. It will be interesting to have 3 artifact sets as well, but then the dynamic will change, of course.
