So as Luria's A3 states it removes all buffs from an enemy, no %- chance for removing buffs, it flat out states that it removes all buffs.

I'm doing Magic Keep, because of her..sometimes she will remove all buffs, sometimes this attack will do shit all.

Why Plarium?

She will remove if your acc higher than resist of ur opponent.
