There's a whole bunch of threads about this in several places over the last hour or so:

Xp, silver, and gear IS being rewarded, it;s just not displaying at the end of a run for some reason.

but if you check your champs and inventory before and after you should see you are getting the correct rewards

Another technical maintenance is going on now to fix the issue.
