Yup.  Slow Urost in Regen.  When he's provoked by the boss and he attacks it doesn't count as a turn.

How would Regen help? You're winning with zero turns, so you'd never have an opportunity for Regen to kick in?

You still take turns, they just don't count as turns when you're provoked.
