Who sets up the purchase price of the limited packs? 

Why are the limited time packs worse than the daily ones that are up every time? Why haven't they fixed this to be better with limited. Limited you would think would be better. "Get this limited awesome deal of spending more for less!"

Old Limited Time deals were 400 Prism Crystals for $99.99. Rate of 4 per $1.

You can go to the summon area and purchase 210 for $49.99 or 420 for $99.98. This gives you Prism Crystals at a rate of 4.2 per $1.

The current limited pack is 360 for 89.99.

This is the exact same 4 Prism Crystals per $1.

Not going to purchase them since the crystal cost per summon is still too high, but they gotta sweeten the pot to get people in that are on the fence.
