Depends what kind of team you're trying to run.  Generally speaking All Battle Accuracy or Resistance would probably suit you well.

For Stages 13-15 u need 555+ ACC (370 if you bring Increase Accuracy)

if u got enough acc u can go with def aura...

I think you mean ~470. Mithrala - who is the most common option for that role - has a +80 accuracy aura.

480 ACC? Jesus FC! No wonder I am stuck on 10.

I think 15 requires 525+ to be consistent.  Definitely more of a late game dungeon.
