I'm building Noct the Paralyzer specifically for Sand Devil. I figure his A2 with 100% sleep on a 3 turn plus his A3 of ally protection + continous heals is enough to help me in Sand Devil at least in a couple of stages. 

I'm currently on Stage 16, looking to move down to Stage 20 to farm. 

I was wondering about his Masteris:

Do I pick up Bulwark to help the team survive better?

Do I pickup Fearsome Presence for an extra 5% on the Passive? 

Do I pickup Timely Intervention for when Sand Devil slaps my team upside the head?
