Does anyone else get the feeling like the drop rates for champions (epic/legendary etc) from shards is dynamic? I'm not a big spender, maybe $100 over 3 years of very casual play, but I always seem to get a legendary champ right after I cave and buy a pack, the rest of the time it is slim pickings.
