Same story...  i think they are using bugged bots instead real moders. After ban a go to chat in another acc and use same words in same context, nothing!

I got plarium play PC app chat ban lately , they are looking into my issues ... for the last 3 days .. watch them reply that they dont see a ban and that im freely able to chat in game ...even tho i sent a screenshot ;)

Im expecting the "are your graphics drivers up to date?" reply soon .. 

To be fair and honest .. the mods for the forums do a way better job than customer support .. they should get the pay lol ...

I have no problems with any of the mods.  If you are not being paid more than Customer Support something is wrong

I'm kinda confused. You're not referring to the forum, right? You're referring to ingame chat?

In which case ... you're banned from clan chat? Or are you actually conversing in general chat o_O
