Hi. I read about primary stats in a game guide but it doesn't answer my question. I need to get "gauntlets with ATK (%) as the primary stat". That doesn't sound hard. When I'm in the Champions window, I see "Set Offense (2)". Below that is "ATK +15%". Below that are many artifacts. Does the heading "ATK +15%" mean  "ATK (%)" is the primary stat for these artifacts? I see it also appears above the Upgrade button if you click on one of the artifacts. I got 3 of these in Sewers of Arnoc but the quest won't complete. The instruction does not mention rank or rarity so what am I missing? Thanks
