Currently in Gold V - Plat with a pretty solid go first nuke style team but I’m getting outsped 9/10 by other arbiters. I’m running at 309 which is about as quick as I can get while still speed tuning the rest https://mobdro.bio/
probably need 350 + speed to be getting first turn 50-75% of time imo, and awakening on her can make a big difference.
309 is still relatively slow for mid to high G5. Id agree with Oblivion 350+ is what to shoot for to be consistently faster.

For what it's worth (nothing) mine is 344 and never used her In classic. Haven't used her in tag in close to a year. If I ever get around to equipping lyssandra Id like to try them out. Would never put her on defense.
I run her at 110 spd for arena :)
I go first about 2/3 of the time (I run arbiter and a fast yumeko to lockout teams sometimes) with 376 speed. So I would say aim for 375+
I tend to put valk in with her in case I am outpaced. But I only use speed teams on attack. On defence they are very easy to farm so I wouldn't advise them.

Tbh I've always wanted to try building a 350cdmg arbiter, just for the fun of it :)
Not seen but I give up almost all my fights before starting so it's normal: it saves me from getting upset to make unbalanced fights without interest. I had to fall 2 or 3 times on lvl 100 to lvl 50... and in addition they take 3 hours to choose the champions they pose : if it's not to piss that off...
