This is the xth break in the last days for maintenance. Super highly annoying.
Anyone have an idea why there are so many at the moment? And much many more there will be?
Short answer to your thread title: as many as are needed
I am fairly certain Plarium would prefer not to have downtime in the game, but it is necessary from time to time. And it's definitely not uncommon in a live service game.
This was likely due to the 10th video for 'Call of the Arbitor' video failed to properly link or load. Otherwise its just a service restart. Annoying? Yes. Was it the end of the world? No.
