How does a non-counterattack champion (Deliana) counterattack or retaliate every single time She was hit.  I played this team twice and each time was the same..  Retaliation gear gives a 35% change, but I can't see anywhere in masteries or other gear where you can get 100% chance to retaliate.  Or I'm I just the victim of really bad RNG?
