I need to know if Peril sticks around through a hard CC or if it will go on CD if Mortu misses the next turn, so to speak. I ask because I seem to be getting times where Peril is up for no reason. Maybe I am crazy, but, like many have felt, this seems to be the biggest 20% chance in history.
