Is this somehow not a trash bin champ? I cant imagine where I would use her. The 5% damage mitigation does not seem incentive enough. I have very good support champs.

Prior to Hydra, the answer certainly was yes. Now, though, she has niche use there as a support champ. AoE speed down is quite valuable, and an AoE team heal on her A1 is also very nice.
