What do you expect? the higher you get, the more developped the accounts of your opponents will be....

if you don't want to whale out to get relentless in a normal tourney, you can look for the specialized tournies, like defeat dragon using only orcs or whatever they come up with.  i find i can usually run one match and at least place top 10, very few people go after those.  best way to get relentless imo.
