Hey there I'm very new to this game as well almost 2 months but I would suggest trying to 6* your high khatun she has the skill rally the horde which fills your turn meter of all your champions by 15% and places a 30% speed buff on your champs for 2 turns. I would also suggest building your masteries and upgrading your artifacts that has made a huge impact on my playing. also look up Ash raid shadow legends on YouTube he has so many amazing raid videos that have helped me tremendously because I was really overwhelmed when I first started but now I'm really confident. Before you think about building teams for CB and dungeons, you should upgrade your champs in campaign. You have a campaign farmer, so I guess you are familar with the process.

Lvl up the following champs: Apothecary (heal, speed), Warmaiden (decrease def on all enemies), Ronda (damage), Skeuramis (control with provoke). Together with Athel, they should be able to beat Drgaon 20.

Other notable champs are Skullcrusher, Magnarr and Genbo. Stop investing in champs that will never get used in the future, like Dunestrider, Warpriest, Galek.
