First and foremost - I assume you're asking because of progress missions, so let me start by saying: don't be too concerned with those. If you can do them easily, do so, but don't spend inordinate amounts of resources. The rewards are nice, but they aren't enough to justify slowing your progress in general.

With that said - FK13 is red affinity, so this team should work:

• Ronda - A3 disabled on boss
• Richtoff - A3 disabled on wave2, A3 opener on boss
• Whoever your best damager is, between Deliana, Septimus, Cleopterix, and Gamuran. I expect it's Cleo.
• Visix - A3 opener + disabled on wave1 and 2, A1 opener on boss, A3 disabled on boss
• Maneater - A2 disabled on wave2, A1 opener on boss, A3 disabled on boss
