another bug maybe
i have a clan quest " put decrease attack debuff on dragon lair above lvl 20, a hundred times".
but when i run the hard mode and win, the debuff not count.
this may be a bug.

Heya, not a bug. From Plarium News when the Hard Dungeons came out:
Please keep in mind that Clan quests that require raiding Dungeon bosses on Stages higher than 10 cannot be completed on Hard for now, as this difficulty mode has only 10 Stages currently.

this rule is totally bad. since everyone want to farm hard mode of dragon lair. who want to do this quest.
