I'm having the same exact issue. This happened last time, during the last drop - I received NOTHING (yes, I have Prime Gaming)

No idea, but I can honestly say he is not in my Index.

As with all others i am having the same issue.  The wrinkle on my end is that my prime gaming shows that the code has been used, but no where does he show up in my account...

Well if THAT happens, I am DONE with this game. 

seems to be a widespread issue along with server instability for some from what I can gather. 

Sure, sure, someone better make it stable then and correct the problem, because I do not find this acceptable.

Same problem here. Oddly, I tried re-entering the code just to be sure, it doesn't warn me that the code is invalid, or already used.

Prime saying you've used it simply means that you have been allocated the code, you need to apply it in game as well.

Yeah, I think you're going to have to exercise a little patience.
