I think that is actually how Brimstone and Fear should interact. The feared champ tries to use his skill, so Brimstone triggers and True Fear will even put the "used" skill on cooldown.

Oh sure, yeah, I'm not suggesting it's a bug - just something that confused me for a while.

Does it "work" for both fear and true fear? I definitely noticed it on true fear in tag arena
