MK: meh, in the list of champions that need buffs he's still fairly low. He's not meant to be a fast champion and for balance purposes: look at the base HP. Has his place in certain comps but I understand that he's not as much of a meta champ anymore and been replaced in a lot of teams. Still don't see him as needing a buff.

Rotos: why do you want to break Arena so badly? of all the champions in the meta I can think of few who need a buff less than Rotos. UDK was supposed to be a hard counter and Rotos is still thriving in Plat arena/high level tag

MK is pretty poor to be honest, but rotos is already broken.

MK - largely a "meh" champ now. Sure, he could use some love, but the list before him is very, very long (*nudge* nogdar *nudge*)

as long as we're talking of much-needed improvements, krisk has such low accuracy for a debuffer. bringing him up to about var-gall's level to ensure viability sounds about fair, yeah?

NGL, I'd trade the chance of extra turn on his A1 for some HP on Rotos. 11K is abysmal lol That said, once he steals some, he is unstoppable.
