Restart your game. The pack should still be able to pop up. It will be in your Shop.

If it still hasn't tomorrow, open a Support ticket from in game by clicking your profile pic, info, then support. They will be able to sort out your missing pack for you. :)

Can confirm that it might take some time to pop up, but eventually will. As of the time of this post (8:20 PM UTC), there's 10 hours and 40 minutes left to pick up chickens.
