can you post your roster? all 4 are worth ranking up, but its hard to say who will be the most beneficial without knowing who you already have.

honestly, i'd do coldheart before any of the ones you mentioned.

her a3 has an extra 30% chance of inflicting a critical hit and thats really the only part of her kit that needs to deal damage, so you can leave her crit rate at 70%. you'll want to make sure she has enough accuracy to consistantly land her tm decrease against bosses. general rule of thumb is that you'll want dungeon level x10, so 200 accuracy should be enough to use her up through level 20 dungeons. if you want to use her in doom tower, you might need to go higher. beyond that, you can just stack speed, attack, and crit damage on her.

a couple more general tips for you; every champion, barring a few very specific builds, should be wearing boots with speed as their main stat and bringing gear below 5 stars to level 16 is a waste of silver.
