Do you play on PC or mobile?

I play on PC and often have this problem after an update is installed (not today thankfully). In most cases, it helps to clear the cache at the "Plarium Play" program.

I don't use the english version of Plarium play, so I don't know the exact term that is given in the menu. But from translating into english it should be in the roster "system preferences" (or similar).

I also find that completely closing down Plarium Play fixes the issue too, which likely does the same thing that Skadi is saying.  When I say completely close down Plarium Play, I mean right-click on the icon in the lower right corner and choose "Exit" or "Close".  Not just press the X up the top right corner

When you run it again then it should actually take about 5 to 10 seconds to open, and there will be a brief Plarium Play loading screen.  If it opens up straight away then it wasn't closed down completely

Went down for me just 20 minutes ago.  can't relog in.  iPad

On the PC version, I frequently have to go into the Task manager and stop the app from there, or if I have significant time, I reboot my laptop.  

Side note, this morning was a server reboot, so it was down for about 20 minutes, around 7 AM East Coast, USA

20 minutes seemed about right.  But I powered down then restarted and it came back up. So if wes the server reboot or my device reboot I can't say.

Rebooting seems to be the key for everyone having trouble this morning after the update, yes.

It says to me that i dont have enough disk space anymore... wtf? As you can see, i got almost nothing on this computer, I cant delete anything.

nvm, found some deletable files in clean-up so i could download update... This is still dumb. Needing 8.08 GB free space to make the download
