im sorry but, the more u spend the more you feel bad. 

it's like your brain is telling you to cut the spending and stop the craving.

maybe then u can enjoy the game again.

complaining on RNG gets u nowhere.

it's never stated anywhere that if you pay you win..

it's always if you pay you lose^2

if you F2P and if you lose u never really lost anything.

im more on the pay to play side. i like the game so i spend a little. on xp boosts and the starter packs.

when my first bought sacred shard from the starter pack dropped a bad champ i knew to never buy expensive shit tied to terrible RNG again.

Duplicates issue has been brought up many times on this forum and not much has been done. Since we are having so many champions in the game there should be no reason to burden people with duplicates unless they dont buy skills books and need them. 

The bottom line is if you spend you will eventually reach an equilibrium at which spending any more will more likely result in having another duplicate of one of your champions who is already fully upgraded with skill books. 

At that point you will reconsider spending on the game as it is simply not worth. 

I have just looted my sec duplicate leg and I am right about at the spot where if they dont offer some sort of reroll I wont be contributing anymore. 

1)  It is hard to feel bad for you, as the odds of getting specific rarities is right in the game itself on the window where you open the shards.  The chances of getting something good are ridiculously low.  You knew what you were getting into when you spent that money.

2)  You bought shards.  Not specific champions, not guarantees of specific rarities, just shards, which *might* give you something decent.  They didn't, and that's a part of the game too.

3)  If you don't like the RNG of the shards, then STOP buying them.  The only way to get them to change how the current system works is for people to stop spending money on the current system.

4)  As others have stated, I will occasionally spend money on energy or bonus xp for events, but only when it is like a $5 pack for a reasonable amount.  The odds of getting something decent from shards makes it completely unfeasible.  With that said...

5)  You gambled, you got poor RNG.  Complaining to them about your gambling is the same as someone complaining in a casino about losing.

6)  Your only option as already stated is to either stop spending on shards and trying to buy your way to the top, or dispute it through the app store.  However, you will most certainly get banned for disputing it.  While Plarium is severely understaffed for development, they make sure to have plenty of staff to ensure they don't lose money like that.

7)  My advice is to not waste money on shards (aka gambling).  Max out your mine, do the dailies, do the events (when they are feasible), and save your gems to buy the blue shard packs.  I have heard many people say they got legendaries from blues more than they did yellows.  Yellows aren't worth it, and if you look at the cost of yellow compared to blues, IF you are to buy anymore, it makes far more sense to buy blues.  Your chances of a legendary per $ spent is MUCH better.  Yellows are insanely overpriced, especially with how much trash epics and legendaries there are.

The odd to get a good epic champion is hella low and even lower for a good Leg.   Also they will nerf the good rare champions to "rebalance" those garbages that they created in this game such as Astralith, without any compensation to the players.   In fact most of the champions that i have are on the bench forever coz they are underwhelmed.  I can only looking forward to unloading them at Fuse event .  However, the latest fuse event has put many people through hell.  Another chance is to wait for their buff which will take forever.   So, would you still spend $$$ on shards to summon under these circumstances?????

Purple gets me low power blue characters...gold has gotten me a few good characters but I’ve gotten duplicates. Even green shards...same low level characters over and over...it’s like I’m paying for a cool and unique experience and the dev team and executives could give a rip. The expectation is...you pay...you get cool and awesome stuff/characters. After well over a month and multiple canned responses...I’m left to share here.

I’m curious...are any of you getting the same results? And for those of you with disparaging comments about “pay to play”...please don’t respond.
