Arena Offense:
Leader: High Khatun - Speed Aura
1st: High Khatun - Fill Turn Meter + Speed Buff
2nd: Spirit Host - Attack Buff
3rd: Alure - Defense Down
4th: Kael - Drop the Hammer - Acid Rain

Arena Defense: Can be tricky.
You have 2 options:
1) You could make your offense team be your defense team if you want to save time.
Basically, all you would have to do is insert the Arena Offense Team I recommended few mins ago.
2) You could make a proper defense team, but it cost you more time + resources.
Leader: Executioner - Defense Aura
1st: Zelotah - Shield + C.Heal Buff
2nd: Seducer - Attack Down + Damage + Status Effect Placer
3rd: Executioner - Counter Attack
4th: Shaman - Revive
IMPORTANT: If you think your team is tanky enough to survive enemy hits with out losing any hero’s, you could replace the Revive Hero for a Turn Meter Hero. I will give you an alternate set up if you don’t want to use Shaman.
Leader: Executioner - Defense Aura
1st: Apothecary - Turn Meter + Huge Single target Healer.
2nd: Zelotah - Shield + C.Heal Buff
3rd: Seducer - Attack Down + Damage + Status Effects
4th: Executioner - Counter Attack Buffer

I gave you 2 defense set ups because I know some people have problem with Shaman
I don’t know why people have problem with Shaman, but they seem too.
Obviously, you could replace her down the road.
All your heroes can be replaced by Legendary ones down the road
All the heroes I’m recommending to you could be replaced by Killer Legendaries.
Zelotah —> Puts Shield why use a Shield when you can put Block Damage like Roschard the Tower.
Zelotah —> Puts Continuous Heal why use a Continuous Heal when you can do crazy heal with St. Nic. Or Bad-El-Kazar
Seducer —> Why use Seducer for Damage when you can use a Rhazin that Lizard guy is a killer. He doesn’t even take a dent from a hit.
Executioner —> Puts Counter Attack only on himself. Why not put 1 on your whole team with a Maytr.
Shaman —> Revives 1 person. Why not Revive everyone with Arbiter!
The all star Arena Defense Teams are out there!
If you see them, you should run!
At least, the set up I’m telling you has great potential + future improvement.
Making a team specifically for A.Offense + A.Defense is best way to go.
It is just a lot more work which you may or may not be able to do.
It takes time, resources, gears, & energy to fully equip + level 8 different hero’s.
Some people might not have the means of doing all these things right away.
I don’t know your situation.
All I can say is chose the option which best fits your situation.
