I am wondering if stun or daze can be applied from artifact sets when doing a non-damaging attack?  Like say if I were to use Tomb Lord's (legendary, Knight Revenant) [blight] that only applies debuffs to the enemy, could stun or daze still be applied, or does it have to be a damaging attack?  Not like I would use Tomb Lord in his current state, but just wondering for later on or other champions?
