X10 is what it is :/

when you summon a Lego / epic   you get a X10 chance to summon the  indicated champion.......its  not a 10 times chance as we  might  initially see  it 

However I have personally summoned  my 2 most wanted champions during a X10 event..Draco and Krisk

So I personally cannot complain :/

Now  my most wanted  is the Candyman :/

That's just RNG. as explained above 10x doesn't mean 10 times the chance to get a legendary.  Just more chances to get that specific one in case you get a legendary. The chance is still 0.5% not 0.5x10

The chances to get the single advertised x10 leggo are slim indeed. 

As mentioned before..the overall chances to get a leggo stil remain at 0.5% (for ancients)

The chances during normal times to get the specific leggo should be somewhat around (let's assume there are 150 non-void leggos)  0.67 %

During a x10 this chance raises to an extraordinary 6,3 % that the new leggo will be the advertised one...
